She is survived by her husband of 54 years, James Kenneth Lester of Dublin; children James Darrell Lester and wife Abi of Christiansburg, Va., Jamie Shawn Lester and wife Amanda of Pulaski, Va., and Kimberly Newberry of Missouri; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brothers Junior Ray and Turner Ray, both of Kentucky, and Randy Ray of Dublin; and sister Erma Graham Trail of Fairlawn, Va.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15, at Randolph Avenue Methodist Church, Pulaski, with the Rev Sharon Bowers officiating.
