    Walk in park raises money to fight AIDS

    If he hadn't been wearing a T-shirt that said "I may have AIDS , but AIDS doesn't have me," only his closest friends would have known that Michael Pinto was infected with the potentially deadly virus. He was one of the estimated 1,400 people who participated Saturday in the 20th AIDS Walk Orlando at Lake Eola Park.

The 49-year-old Colagrossi collapsed Thursday morning as she and her crew were returning from covering a Queens, NY house fire, and was rushed to New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center's neurological ICU, according to The Daily News .

    A Florida man died Sunday when the mattress he was sitting on flew out of the back of a pickup truck, according to the Orlando Sentinel. A Florida Highway Patrol spokesperson said Kenneth Connell and Paul Ginther Jr., 51, were traveling in Seminole County when the unsecured mattress became airborne, carrying Ginther with it and falling into the road.
