    A West Virginia University student who died following a fraternity drinking party last year had a blood alcohol level of more than six times the legal limit. Morgantown Police Chief Ed Preston released more information Tuesday in the investigation of the death of Nolan Burch.

In addition to his son, Douglas, he was preceded in death by a sister, Kay Greathouse and her husband, Bud, and Dewey Provenzano.
