    Except for a two-week break six years ago to have a stent put into a coronary artery, the 71-year-old Stillwater resident had run every day for more than 27 years, nearly 10,000 days of running in all. But while going for a run Wednesday morning in Stillwater, Carlson collapsed and could not be revived by passers-by and emergency responders.
