John E. "Buzz" Kippers Jr., a communications executive who also was a golfer and marathoner, died Nov. 24. He was 83. Mr. Kippers, who completed the Great New Orleans Marathon in 1984, enjoyed regular golf games; Saints , Tulane and LSU football; and games in which his grandchildren participated. Comment?
