    Family members of a Jacksonville teenager - who died Thursday from bacterial meningitis while in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice - say the youth complained of stomach pains about a week before his death. Andre Sheffield, 14, complained again about stomach pains, with the addition of head pain, on Wednesday, according to his grandmother and legal guardian, Berlena Sheffield.
