Strouth was convicted of murder in the death of James Keegan, who owned a used clothing store in Kingsport. His appeals were denied and the state had recently set an execution date of March 15, 2016 for him Attorney Larry Dillow said Strouth was prounounced dead at Riverbend maximum Security institution in Nashville.
