    Body pulled from Des Plaines River in Joliet

    The person, an unidentified male, was pronounced dead at 4:15 p.m. after being found in the water near the Des Plaines River boat launch in the 700 block of Railroad Street in Joliet, according to the Will County coroner's office. One person was killed and at least 14 others were wounded in shootings since 4:30 p.m. Friday, according to police.
