    Homicide investigators have few clues in the shooting death of a man Wednesday night at an apartment complex in southwest Houston. The shooting happened about 10 p.m. at the Rock Springs apartments at 9000 Townpark near Parkfront Drive, according to the Houston Police Department.

    Chase Tower businesses settle lawsuit linked to Marsh 3

    Four businesses involved in downtown Amarillo Chase Tower operations have reached confidential legal settlements with 10 plaintiffs who sued the entities, claiming they should have known of allegations of sexual abuse at the offices of late millionaire Stanley Marsh 3. In February 2013, Marsh 3, his son Stanley Marsh IV, Wendy Marsh and Marsh associate David Weir settled a series of civil lawsuits filed by 10 men who alleged the Amarillo millionaire paid them to perform sex acts in his 12th-floor Chase Tower office when they were minors. The suit alleged that Wendy Marsh, Weir and Stanley Marsh IV failed to act and stop the alleged abuse.
