He was an avid NASCAR fan, supporting his favorite drivers Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Dale Jr. Mr. Dennis is survived by his wife, Barbara Carmean Dennis of Georgetown; his sons, Robert L. Dennis of Delmar and Lester F. Dennis of Georgetown; his daughters, Kathy Byer of Georgetown and Crystal Chambers of Millsboro; a brother William Dennis of Chesapeake, Va.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
