    Leo Howard Schauinger, Whiteland

    Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Schauinger of Whiteland; four children, Anthony Schauinger of Florida, James Lochard Jr. and Crystal Wiles, both of Indianapolis, and Shannon Lochard of Franklin; a sister, Janet Miller of Florida; 22 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Timmy Schauinger and Rusty Schauinger; and two daughters, an infant and Michelle O'Bryon.

    Born Sept. 15, 1941 in Indianapolis to the late Adolph and Florence Whitlock, he was a 1958 graduate of Southport High School and obtained his Master's Degree in Education from I.U. Mr. Whitlock taught 39 years and retired from Decatur Township Middle School.
