    Community remembers beloved figure Jerry Webb

    Elkhart- The community is honoring the legacy of Elkhart County Sheriff's Officer Jerry Webb after he was killed in a motorcycle accident this weekend. The tragedy occurred just after 4:00 p.m. at the corner of County Road 6 and Emerson.

    The visitation and funeral times have been set for a former Elkhart County Sheriff's Officer that died in a motorcycle accident on Saturday evening. Visitation for Gerald C. Webb will be held from 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28 at Grace Community Church in Goshen.

    Retired officer dies in motorcycle crash

    Retired Elkhart County Sheriff officer Gerald "Jerry" Webb, 61, died Saturday afternoon in a motorcycle and car crash. It happened just after 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of County Road 6 and Emerson Drive.

    Rug cleaning industry loses an icon

    Moore, who was well known in the rug cleaning industry for his development of industry manufacturing equipment, had struggled with "an extended battle with cancer." Born May 26, 1937 in Elkhart, Indiana, Moore graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 1959 and shortly after took over operations of Moore's Incorporated, the family business, where he designed rug-industry equipment.

    Patricia C. Willink

    Patricia C. Willink, 86, went to be with the Lord, with her family at her side, on April 2, 2015, at her home in Clymer, N.Y. She was born Aug. 8, 1928, in Warren, Pa., the daughter of late Lynn and Marie Campbell.
