    Donald E. "Don" Wehrli was a man with strong opinions and stronger family values, a heart for improving his community and a firsthand knowledge of much of Naperville's history. A former city council member and founder of Naperville Trolley, Wehrli remained active in the city he loved until he died Sunday morning in his sleep after a battle with prostate cancer.

    Death of woman who fell at UIC reclassified as accident

    The death of a 21-year-old north suburban woman who died early May 8 after plunging from a University of Illinois at Chicago building has been reclassified as an accident after initially being ruled a suicide, officials said. The Cook County medical examiner's office had determined, following an examination May 9, that Yuliya Fedorova, of the 20500 block of Margaret Avenue in Lincolnshire, died of blunt force trauma of the head and neck from a jump from height, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.

    A memorial service for former township resident Barbara Saulnier will be held Saturday, May 16, at 11 a.m. at Christ Church, 66 Highland Ave. Born in Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Saulnier graduated from Abraham Clark High School in Roselle in 1954. She attended Smith College in Northampton, Mass., graduating in 1958 with a degree in English literature and a minor in history and art history.
