    Born July 1, 1979, in Sarasota, Mr. Sapuppo grew up in Bradenton and graduated in 1997 from Bayshore High School, where he was a varsity baseball, hockey and football player. Mr. Sapuppo was a local fishing guide and licensed captain since 1997.

He is survived by his Mother, Dorothy Crisp, his children; daughters Lisa Crisp-Martinez and Erica Crisp of Arizona, Loriane Crisp Luberto of Connecticut, and his son Ernest Crisp of New York.
