    James W.H. Justice of Murrysville, an electronics research engineer responsible for the systems design of the first color camera used on the moon while working for Westinghouse, has died at the age of 89. Born in England, Mr. Justice brought his wife and three children from London to the U.S. aboard the Queen Mary when he was recruited by the Westinghouse Electric Corp. for the Westinghouse Research and Development Center in Churchill. He was awarded numerous patents for his work, including devising a way for televisions to handle a large number of channels.
