    NY man pleads guilty in fatal wrong-way crash

    A Binghamton-area man has pleaded guilty in a wrong-way crash outside Rochester last year that killed an Eastman School of Music professor. Local media report that 38-year-old Thomas Rome of Kirkwood pleaded guilty Monday to vehicular manslaughter and second-degree manslaughter.
