Born on Oct. 21, 1930, in East Stroudsburg, he was a son of the late James F. Sr. and Iva Frailey and lived in Monroe County until 1994, when he moved to Oak Orchard, Delaware.

    Baby Dies After Mom Allegedly Throws Him in River

    Zymeir Perry, 1, of Allentown, was pronounced dead at 11:51 a.m. Saturday at the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Witnesses told police Zymeir's 19-year-old mother, identified as Johnesha Perry, was pushing the baby across the Hamilton Street Bridge in a stroller around 1:45 p.m. on May 3 when she stopped mid-span, took the child from the carriage and tossed him into the water, investigators said.

    Holy Family Manor in Bethlehem addressed deficiencies cited by the Pennsylvania Department of Health after the death of a resident found alongside his wheelchair at the bottom of a stairwell, state records show. The resident of the nursing and rehabilitation center owned by the Diocese of Allentown at 1200 Spring St. was found dead about 6:20 p.m. Feb. 20, according to the department.
