NYPD Beefs Up Patrols after 2 Rapes in Far Rockaway

I bet this guy doesn't even exist. There are many horrible crimes in the world. Many people upset about these greedy CEOS causing millions to lose their jobs. Most disgruntled people don't have a target. So wala! A rapist. A Black looking rapist.

As I do understand where ur coming from but to say a rapist doesn't exist...What do u say to the 2 women who were acousted by this person?...at gun point at that. Unfortunately, there is such an existence. Is police patrol beefed up is the question and the answer is no. That's only what they're putting down on paper.

Just another day in the 'hood. Then again, maybe these women are following the trend of the Hofstra rape case and the fabricated rape story in Mastic.

that is such a horrible thing to say. Why would anybody make up getting raped? Unless you have been and know the feeling you should not make assumptions like that.

My brother, who is retired from the Nassau County PD, used to work near the border with Far Rockaway. He said that when a crime was reported in the area, the cops always covered the roads leading back to Far Rockaway, and often caught the suspects as they were trying to return there.

Far Rockaway, a 'struggling' neighborhood filled with 'disadvantage' people. Maybe the local community organizer will call for a march to 'stop the violence'.

I live in Far Rockaway and we are the forgotten borough. The sad thing is, the people who live out here don't care about themselves so why would anyone else care. There is a rapist on the loose in Ocean Village and not one comment from the people of Far Rockaway. Shows how much they care about their own borough. Bronx here I come.

I am so tired of hearing that Far Rockaway is the forgotten borough and there are alot of poor black people living there. People regardless of race or financial status must take responsiblilty for there own actions. It's not okay to act like an animal and terrorized hard working people because your black and poor, There are alot of poor people is all walks of life but they hold jobs and work hard for the little bit they have. It is lazy low life pigs such as the Far Rockaway rapist, the Uptown rapist and any other rapitst the feel that they dont have to work they will just wait in the dark and take what ever they want. I would love to be there the day they find this pig, I want his mommy to get on TV and cry not my boy, and she would need to remember that what goes around comes around and how she would feel if she was the one coming home from a hard night of work at 3 in the morning just to be confronted by a pig like her son.So lets not blame it on being poor or black,lets just blame it on him, it's him an only him that is the reason for this

These are words spoke by a true idiot. Where were you the morning of Tuesday or even Wednesday. Most women dont scream rape unless it is true, the things they must go through just to report this, the repeating the horrible scene over and over again to different cops and the hours at the hospital, not to mention the feeling of nausea and being scared to come out of your house, not being able to walk down the street to go to work and to the store cause the rape was in the area that you live, thinking that everyone knows what happened, thinking if I did this maybe I could have got away, thinking that every male that passes me is the one..Rape is no joke and being that Far Rockaway is mostly black the chances of the rapist being black is very high, this is not something that these women woke up one morning and said, "I am tired of those CEO's stealing and getting away with it let me make up a story and have a black man pay for it. Get real, get a life, it happens and it is sicking.And to say the community leaders need to march, please you need a community leader to hold a march to tell you that it's not right to rape and rob.They hold so many marches when innocent children are shot inthe cross fire and still shooting goes on. They have no respect for fellow man or women. When he is caugth the book must be thrown at him.

You are what happens when women decide to declare that they were raped in order to make up for poor sexual decisions or exact revenge on someone. It is these women that put doubt in the minds of others when truthful women (who are actually raped) try to seek justice. It is a sin for females to "cry wolf" when it comes to such a horrific crime as rape because it destroys the credibility of those that are telling the truth. In the case that 2 women have the same tale, and know nothing of the other, it is most presumable that they are in fact telling the truth. And to all of those pathetic wolf criers- how dare you!!!

i live in far rockaway and its scary to know that if i come home late at night i might get rapped by a crazy person at gun point and there arent just poor people in far rockaway there r alot of hard working people that r trying to do better with themselves then just live off welfare it just so happends that there are a few that are not as well of as others that live here the same as in any other borough and to say that a rapist isnt real thats a really messed up thing 2 say they dont need to make up rapist i wish it was fake so i could feel safe walking down the street to come home at night

i gotta say its really hard to hear that some idiot would actually thing that these 2 poor victims of crime are making it up!! sad to say that rockaway was a a beautiful area to live in when my parents where growing up and also as i was growing up and yes over the years its gone down. but it has nothing to do with the race of the people that are living there now, everyone has their own issues it can happen anywhere long island as rich as it maybe trust me there is alot of crime out here but the borought would hear about it try watching chanel 12 news and you will see.I miss the old rockaway. Hopefully this evil selfish, sick, lonely person will get caught and get what he deserves! to the ladies that went thru this truma i will be praying that you get thru this and that they catch this animal. Guess you just forgot about the recent Hofstra female making a false accusation about being raped by 4 males. What about TAWANA? Where is she now? There are females that regret their previous nights encounter for a host of reasons, drunk, married, engaged and cry rape as a cover. Its happened plenty of times the jails release guys frequently based on BS testimony from 'victims' yet you never hear of them being prosecuted, more BS.

That just the stupid thinking that stops alot of real rape causes go unreported. In everything in life you have alot of fakes, then again in the case of Tawana is wasnt even a case about being raped, the wonderful Mr. SHarpon turned that into a race case, maybe if it was investigated as a rape case and not a race case things would have been done differently, yes Tawana and even Mr. Sharpon should have paid for that, as well as should all cases when there are false allegations being made. To say that women that are raped are sluts is the meanest thing that a humane being can say. THen again you must not be a human being,,,maybe you get your kicks by watching rape pornos. I agree with you, people are so wrapped up in race and the forget the real issue and that is the crime. Now days with the economy getting worse the crime rate is going to get worse. I really feel that nobody is safe at anytime anything can happen and you must be full aware that at anytime something could happen, dont live in a state of fear but always make the best of the time you have cause you never know what tomorrow, tonight or today will bring.
