Could the Seattle area host an NHL franchise?

It would be nice to see an NHL franchise in Seattle. It would build a rivalry between Canadian teams such as Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton.

Maybe Vancouver. people in Edmonton and Calgary don't care about Seattle, so there would be no rivalry.
Do the right thing and move the Yotes back to Winnipeg.
