Care to post that link from the hockey news? Most people are laughing that Chicago gave Hossa a 12 year deal. I don't care for the signing of Gabby for 5 years, but he has high end skill. I can't help it if Sather is a moron.
Here's the link.

Gaborik's was list as worst, Havlat as 3rd worst, and Hossa's only 6th worst.

If Sather is a moron (which I agree with) then Lou Lamoriello is flat out retarded for bringing Lemaire back again. How long until Brian Rolston and Zach Parise demand to be traded from the Devils?

Who knows how that's going to work out. Lemaire is a good coach. I hope they fall flat on their faces, but they rarely do.

Lemaire might be a good coach technically but it was quite evident in his last couple of seasons here in Minny that top-tier free agents would not come here to play in that system. Whatever talent NJ has under contract right now they had better hope it's enough to get them by Washington, Pittsburgh, Boston, Carolina...because their talent level will not get better with taskmaster Lemaire behind the bench...it will only get worse.

You gotta be kidding. He plays def. better than any high scoring man in the NHL! Both ends..... Learn the game and then talk.

Mary Ann, we tried to negotiate with you but you made it clear you didn't want to be with the Wild.
How many times do you expect people to keep crawling back to you before they give up?
Besides, you're not worth the money you signed for, much less the greater money we offered earlier.
We need a player that can play both ends of the ice and doesn't feign injury every time so much as a mosquito farts.

I don't know what game you are watching, but Gabby was definitely not on the top of that list. Try Zetterberg, Datsyuk, Ovechkin, and even Havlat (among others) are better defensive players than Gaborik. You have to get back in the defensive zone to be considered a good defensive player.

Dear Mr. Troll,

Clearly there is another Gaborik in the league you were watching. Gaborik wouldn't even enter the defensive end, much less play defensively.

I'm not even going to try to match knowledge of the game with you because it's clear you don't even watch them, so why bother.

You've been quite a gadabout in recent weeks, but as the Sun enters Capricorn at the Solstice, you start to yearn for the comforts of home. You might even be tempted to cancel some forthcoming social events, so you can flop on your sofa and catch your breath. Sentimental thoughts could steal over you in coming weeks, making you think about some of the people you used to know and love.
