This sort of makes you wonder about the toughness of a lot of the NFL's defensive players. We assume these guys are the toughest on the field, but maybe one of the reasons some of them chose D is so they can do all the hitting but never be hit themselves. THINK AGAIN!! When Hines is out there, they have to worry about getting a taste of their own medicine, and if that makes them whine like little pansyass beyotches, so be it.

That's hilarious. If Hines was playing illegally why hasn't he gotten any fines? Hines is one of the smartest and hardest working WR in the league. You ever see video of T.O., Ochocincho or any other prima dona having video of blocking for their teammates. No. Hines wants to win, period and does it within the rules.

The article states that Ward received 11% of the votes from 296 players surveyed. That's 32 players, folks.

Sounds like a bunch of sour grapes from LBs and DEs that Ward has steamrollered over the years.

Go Steelers!

Put that way, it sounds like a really irresponsible story for SI to publish. If someone based a political poll on numbers like that, there would be a public outcry.

Yep, it completely ignores the fact that there are 264 players who voted for somebody else. So I could say that 89% of the players in the NFL DO NOT believe that Hines Ward is the dirtiest player. I think it's really funny that Vince Young got a vote. How is a QB the dirtiest?
