That was a good read. I liked this part best;

No, but based on their play this year (And last) maybe they should.

Actually Brown's point that we continue to make the same mistakes week in and week out is an excellent one. Or that we can't ever seem to play 2 halves of good football. That's coaching. The guys aren't buying what he's selling anymore.

That's one reason to change things. Confidence, once lost, can be hard to restore.
