a person who has a female reproductive system is a female regardless of what the outside package looks like. She is a bearded Lady who is pregnant - nothing more.

Well if he kept his female reporoductive organs he is still female. So really its no big feat. Now, if he had the operation to attach Mr. Winky and then got himself pregnant, THAT WOULD BE A STORY!!!

The video mentions him having a sex change operation but keeping his female reproductive organs. I guess I don't understand the procedure, since I thought they removed the female organs/ took hormones which would make having a child impossible.

so hes a woman on the inside...does he have a penis???? Would it be a C-section delivery????????dont know how that one would work

No, his testosterone injections won't stop him from getting pregnant as long as it is all out of his system before getting pregnant. He has quit the hormones so the parts he was never supposed to have would start working again.

For the man who was wrongly born with female parts, there are 4 parts to it. First there is hormones, and he has clearly taken those. Then there is breast removal, and he has had that. But keep in mind that not all FtM transsexuals have their reproductive organs removed or a penis constructed. He might someday get the complete hysterectomy, and he might even get the phalloplasty.

As for the phalloplasty, that is something that a lot of FTMs won't do due to the risk and expense. That sort of transition costs about the 10 times the cost of the penile inversion procedure to get a vagina. So having to pay a quarter of a million dollars and to be left with a disfigured and less functional left arm (hey, the tissue and veins have to come from somewhere). Even then, it might not look like the exact thing that guys have down there.
