Nice to see the court holding the individuals responsible for their comments and not the medium by means of which they were displayed. It appears that there was a serious lack of judgment and foresight on the posters being investigated. Electronic crime is still crime.

It is sad that it took a "Judge", to have been threaten to have people using topix brought up on charge. My question is will common people be able to use this for threats, slanderous and libel threats that Topix's allow people to post?
