The reason that chubby girls have more sex is because they have bigger boobs. That causes the boys to get more horny, and try to nail the girls more often!

This is why I prefer overweight women, they give alot more of themselves. They're not afriad to jump into the unconventional. I don't think its a correlation with self esteem though...
