Actually what was said by Ginsburg was ""Every state recognizes the difference between an adult and a minor. And you have to make a line. We have it at 18," said Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. "The teenager can't drink, can't drive, can't marry. There are many [legal] limitations on children just because they are children."

I wonder what state it is that it is true in ????

Daily Horoscope for November 28

Libra

Unexpected pressure on the job may add stress to your day, but by evening you are ready to relax with your partner, best friend, or spouse. Take this opportunity to talk about what you have been going through lately. The more you can help your partner understand your experiences, the better. Make sure you allow him or her plenty of airtime, too! Make love a two way street.
