Actually what was said by Ginsburg was ""Every state recognizes the difference between an adult and a minor. And you have to make a line. We have it at 18," said Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. "The teenager can't drink, can't drive, can't marry. There are many [legal] limitations on children just because they are children."

BTW I am opposed to LWOP sentences for minors who have not been convicted of murder or capital violent felonies.
