Why Clinton floated the delegate switch idea

Superdelegates (the elected officials such as senators who have an automatic vote at the convention) and pledged delegates (those chosen in primaries and caucuses) are in fact, free to shop around.

The Democrats/DNC are butchering this election with this Elite Superdelegate system nonsense and disenfranchising Florida and Michigan's voters.

The lemmings in that party go along with this & say nothing.
Where's the outrage and leadership to fix these disasters?

There is no sense of decency within Camp Clinton. Bill is a lying scoundrel, Chelsea is a stuck-up shrew and Hillary is the worst of the three. Mark Penn (an anti-union Wall Street power monger with tactics that make Karl Rove and Lee Atwater look like Webelos) is running the Clinton Campaign of Terror '08. The Wicked Witch of Staten Island (Gerri Ferraro) was also a higher-up before racism got the better of her. However, corrupt machine-politician Ed Rendell is involved in her campaign as is famed political consultant/adverting exec Howard Wolfson. Camp Clinton is a who's who of corruption and greed not even taking the "family" into account. The DNC should impose sanctions on and censure of Hildebeast if she persists with her campaign any further.

Linda, the hand-on-heart routine is for the National Anthem, not God Bless America. Besides that, it's a mistake to judge one's loyalty to America based on rituals. There are many who put their hands to their hearts, salute the flag, where buttons on their lapels, etc. who still have hatred in their hearts. I think you should pay more attention to such qualities as kindness to others, helping the needy, working for an even chance for every American. There is where you'll find a true American.

Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Obama will continue to spar with one another, continue to demean each other right up to the democratic convention. Then after a brokered convention neither will be able to win, many of the non winners candidate will be PISSED off and not vote or cross party lines.
If that happens, hopefully, we will not have to worry about either socialists getting elected.

It is not true that he won't put is hand on his heart during the pledge of allegiance. It is also not true that he refuses to sing the national anthem. He has on many occasions done these things. The truth behind this rumor is that he failed to do so on one documented occasion. While I do in fact consider this a failing on his part. I have never failed to show proper respect. However it is dishonest to claim this isolated event indicates that he refuses to do so because that simply isn't the case.
This rumor is much like the bogus claims that he was sworn in to office on the Koran. It is not true, he was sworn in to office, with his hand on the bible, by his cousin Vice President Cheney. The truth behind this rumor is that a completely different black congressman, Keith Ellison, was sworn in to office on the Koran. While many people disagree on whether this was appropriate, it has nothing to do with Senator Obama.

Just watched Hannity & Colmes - they were unfair and unbalanced as usual.

They had on an anti-Obama "democrat" pollster and an anti-Obama Black guy; the both took turns, alternating with Shawn Hannity as all three stridently slammed Barack over Preacher Wright, as Holmes meekly interjected a weak ineffective comment occasionally. Two guests, plus Hannity ganging up on Colmes to smear Obama.... "fair and balanced".

Then they went on to show McCain's first political advertisement of this campaign - on McCain's military qualifications - the Navy still had battleships back in McCain's era.

This was also "fair and balanced", with Colmes and Hannity both praising and defending McCain...

It's no wonder some people think as they do about Obama, with Hannity & Company spending almost full time slamming Obama, spewing every half-truth and spinning every hypothetical (what if they prove obama heard a bad sermon?) they can think up.

Hannity viewers - it's like expecting a person in Russia who reads Pravda every morning to have command of impartial political views.

Anyone listening to Hannity is going to be brainwashed with his slanted views and manipulated news reports.

Fox News has become an organ of the Republican Party, with Hannity stridently, almost hysterically spewing Republican National Committee talking points, with paid straight man Colmes offering tepid ineffective counterpoints.

It's a disgusting display and far removed from any resemblance to news. As Obama's popularity increases, so does Hannity's obvious efforts to destroy him. When is Fox News going to wake up to the situation?

I was taught that if something appears to good to be true it usually is untrue. This sums up my feelings on Obama. I call people under his spell Lobamatized. Hillary is the Democrat I support. If she fails to secure the nomination I will vote for John McCain.

Attack Hillary, mentioning Bill's sexual affairs, debauchery in the Oval Office and disgrace of his Presidency, and Hillaryites quickly tell you "Bill isn't running for President" out of one side of their mouth.

Then out of the other side of their mouth they hautily condemn Barack Obama for comments he wasn't there to hear his Preacher make and whose Preacher isn't running for President either.

Just amazing, totally and directly self-contradictory, yet they wonder why her candidacy is being rejected.
