Any prospect who steps into NCAA league should go through a Publics Relations training at their High School. So, the failure starts there, at High School. Lack of training and communication from the teaching and coachin staff. So, they learn that once they become celebrities, they are looked through a Microscope. In this Case Jeff Garcia. On his part, lack of maturity, misinformed, and playing a "tug wanna be" here are the results. Lesson to be learned, there is hope for his athlete career. What ever that is.
