The URI Rams trailed by five with under 40 seconds left, but then stormed back to win tonight in Philadelphia, 80-79. The deciding points came when Lamonte Ulmer tipped in a Keith Cothran miss with less than 2 seconds remaining, after the Rams had forced a turnover on a Drexel inbounds pass.
