FSU's Bobby Bowden says he's 'strongly leaning' toward returning in 2010

Bobby has earned the right to go out on his own terms and he should stay thru 2010. I fully support this decision, should he decide to do so. Remember when Penn State was wanting the head of Joe Paterno a couple of years ago because of a couple of mediocre years and the thought that he was too old and ast his prime, and then he came roaring back and hasn't stopped since. We tend to forget all that BObby has done for FSU in bringing an almost inobscure school, ready to ditch its football program, into national prominence and media spotlight. As a direct and/or indirect result, the University expanded more than 3 fold, a new stadium and sports complex built that rivals any in the country (sorry Gators, the Swamp doesn't even come close), a medical school, Rhodes Scholars, etc. C'mon, if you are going to ride the waves, you gotta take the small ones with the big ones. You Go Bobby-stay until 2010 and go out on your own terms. You definitely earned it and deserve it. Go Noles!

If he wants to stay fine, then his future replacement should leave and be head coach somewhere else, so he doesn't look like a loser too.

Bobby Bowden is a washed up old fart. He should leave and let Jimbo take over. He just needs to give it up. He will never be a Bear Bryant and he knows it.

Bobby Bowden is Florida State and he desrves the respect that he has earned,to many people are givng up on him and i fully support his decision to stay 1 more year.
