Florida's Meyer: SEC refs missed late hit on Tebow

this piece of trash has the nerve to open his stupid mouth after he BLEW IT ON THE SPIKES PUNISHMENT...........which DOES NOT COMPARE TO A MISSED LATE HIT CALL...the spikes thing wasnt a football move..........until this happened i had no problem with meyer..........but now i hope the gators lose every game(though i know it wont happen)until he is fired.....he is a gutless a*ss with no respect.

Andy, every coach stands up for their players...EVERY COACH. That doesn't make him "gutless". What Spikes did was wrong and has been blasted all over the news non-stop. It's only fair that this cheap shot is also brought out. I mean, dude stopped, then saw Tebow not looking, then blatantly tried to hurt him. That entire game had cheap shots, but that's what makes it entertaining (I would say a good rivalry, but Georgia sucks) and now everyone has something to talk about EVERYDAY. Personally, I love a good eye gauging on a Georgia Bulldog...I'm mean...Richt is a phony, next year will be even worse and in 2 years Georgia fans will be screaming for a new coach. ENJOY!

I have been a Gator fan since birth and will remain so until death. Brandon Spikes got caught up in the heat of the battle. I do not condone his action, he has apologized and been punished for his action. Blatant attempts to inflict injury on another player is wrong no matter what uniform they wear. Nuff Said about this Go Gators beat The Game Cocks. I love Steve Spurrier but hope he has a humiliating defeat this Saturday in columbia from the Gators. Go Gators, time for another SEC Championship and then a repeat for the National Championship. Urban Meyer has proven to be a great Coach, not the most personable person in the world, but he gets paid to coach football, not win personality contest. Mark Reicht is a great guy, I have tremendous respect for the man, but I am convinced he is a great Offensive Coordinator but only a good Head Coach. Besides all of that, my favorite teams are the Florida Gators and who ever is playing Tennessee or Florida State.

i agree with all except, i lost respect 4 meyer......if i had a son i would want him nowhere near meyer..........1/2 game was wrong..........but its done now
