Former WVU standout Devine looks for another shot in the NFL

Charles Sims will be selected in the NFL Draft in May. The former West Virginia University running back might be the first player taken at his position following a season in which he rushed for 1,095 yards and tied for the team lead in receptions as the focal point of the offense and every opposing defense.
