The inaugural Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association all-conference lacrosse teams include six players from Hope College.

From high school recruiting and dealing with programs from every Conference, three trips to Notre Dame and talking with "Big" Charlie, to meeting Michigan Defensive coordinator at the time Scot Shafer and getting an offer from Michigan.

Michigan loses more starters than anyone in the Big Ten, which means it's going to need several new guys to step into roles on the two-deep roster.

To me, this has been a major change, Michigan has recruited future kids in the past, but nothing like under Coach Hoke's program.
