Red Raiders rework line, intend to match '08 standard

This year's Texas Tech offensive line would have a hard time winning a powerlifting meet against last year's line, given that Rylan Reed and Louis Vasquez, last year's left tackle and left guard, were two of the all-time strongest Red Raiders.
