Dion Waiters is sixth Syracuse player, first since Carmelo Anthony, on NBA All-Rookie team

Dion Waiters became the first former Syracuse player to be named to the NBA All-Rookie first team since Carmelo Anthony in 2003-04. The 6-foot-4 shooting guard averaged 14.7 points and 3.0 assists per game for the Cleveland Cavaliers this year.
