Terps hope to keep the Bearcats moving
LAHAINA, HAWAII -- When Coach Gary Williams wrapped up his postgame news conference -- following a 28-point victory over Chaminade in the first round of the Maui Invitational -- less than 24 hours remained before tip-off against Maryland's semifinal opponent, Cincinnati.
'Our work's cut out for us,' Williams said. 'We've got about 18, 19 hours to get ready, and you can't make a lot of changes. I think the thing you can do is we can play our game, do what we do well. And I'm sure Cincinnati will try to do what they do well. That's what you have to do in this situation, rather than try to change a lot of things, is make sure you go into the game playing well.'
