Report: Pistons turned down Davis-for-Maxiell trade

Not sure that this is valid, but it seems feasible. Yahoo! Sports reports that Boston offered the Detroit Pistons power forward Glen Davis and guards J.R. Giddens and Gabe Pruitt for forward Jason Maxiell and a first-round pick.

Good job Joe. For what J-MAX lacks in scoring compared to Davis he more than makes up for it with his defense and hustle. With the possibilities of our lineup this year hustle and defense are much needed assets.
