A grand jury will decide whether NASCAR driver Tony Stewart will be charged in the August death of a fellow driver at a sprint car race in upstate New York, a prosecutor said Tuesday. Birmingham businessman Roger Penske is going racing Down Under -- and with Richard Petty Motorsports driver Marcos Ambrose, who announced at Chicagoland Speedway during the weekend that he would be leaving "The King" after the end of the 2014 NASCAR season.
The sponsorship will encompass seven select NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Nationwide Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and NASCAR Whelan Euro Series races ending in a major announcement from WRIT in Homestead Miami during championship weekend. "Through our partnership with RWR and team, we will drive brand awareness across North America and Europe to gain broad exposure to millions of racing fans through NASCAR's spectator experience, national TV distribution, and the social media campaigns surrounding the racing events leading up to and through championship weekend.
