NASCAR driver Mike Skinner sells hangar in Spruce Creek community

S tirling Sotheby's International Realty recently sold NASCAR driver Mike Skinner's commercial airplane hangar in the gated Spruce Creek Fly-In Community in Volusia County for $925,000. The 11,000-square-foot hangar includes two delivery doors, a 1,200-square-foot workshop and three offices with hangar views, plus a meeting room and wet bar.
