I doubt it, he seems real comfortable running in the back of the pack. I'm sure he would find something wrong with the way they sent the car up or he had a square tire.

Too bad the megolomanical Tony George moved the start of the Indy 500 from 12pm to 1pm to ensure it is impossible for anyone to do the double again...

The fool can't "drive in NASCAR", and he wants to "drive in the Indy 500"?

...makes about as much sense as a welterweight boxer who has been knocked out by every other welterweight he's fought declaring he wants to fight in the heavyweight division.

What a clown!!

It would be a shot in the arm for the Indy series if a handful of top NASCAR drivers would run competitive cars in the Indy 500. Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart etc.

NASCAR still fills up 150,000 seat tracks like Lowes or Talladega and venues that host IRL events like Chicagoland and hold only 75,000 people can't sell 20,000 tickets on their best days. Maybe if they had fenders they might do better. CART is LONG gone and F1 probably isn't far behind. Except for Indy, most fields are around 25 cars at most.... WOOHOO. See a pattern yet?

No one cares about go-karts that they can't see, drivers that can't speak English, one who can dance, and a very hot woman driver who will never win a race on skill alone.

Jr just doesn't have it anymore. He's just another Michael Walthrip.

Putting him in a go kart won't change that.

A Yeah, that fool probably made more money than you can even look at. Not to mention the money his business makes.
For Christ sake why are people so jealous of someones career?
You people badger someone like him but fail to see anything wrong with a perfectly good healthy guy that can work and yet lives off of S.S. disability. Now who is the scum clown here?

Is that English that those Good Ol' Boys speak? I understand the drivers from the UK and Brasil better than the ones from down south.

You should get out more. Sadly, Dale Sr. was about the last of the "good ol' boys" and he was far more talented, and far wiser, than any of you can imagine. There are numerous books on Earnhardt and you should read them. Earhnardt was largely responsible for making NASCAR the cash cow it is today. That Jr. isn't as skilled as Sr. was is certainly no crime. He's still one of the elite drivers in the sport.

Johnson and Harvick are from CA, Gordon and Stewart are from IN, Kennseth is from just outside Madison WI, Kahne and Biffle are from WA state. Martin Truex is from NJ. The Busch brothers are from Las Vegas. I could go on and on but you should have the point by now. The "good ol' boys", like CART (and soon to be F1) are LONG GONE.
