Metro asks Fairgrounds Speedway to pay up in lawsuit
Metro government wants the operators of the Fairgrounds Speedway to pay up. The group, whose partners include Charles Hamilton and Chad Chaffin, allegedly owes metro government $110,000 in rent and bounced check fees, according to documents filed Monday in Davidson County Chancery Court.
