NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series - While the NHRA Safety Safari cleaned up an accident that happened during the first round of Pro Stock eliminations , the rains came to zMAX Dragway in Concord, North Carolina, causing the postponement of the remainder of the event until this weekend's AAA Texas NHRA FallNationals at Texas Motorplex near Dallas. The remaining eliminations for Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle will be completed during qualifying on Friday and Saturday, September 19th and 20th.
