The Office of Minority Health in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on October 20, 2009 announced the award of nearly $2.5 million to 10 organizations, to support efforts to help improve the capability of community-based organizations for curbing HIV/AIDS Transmission Among High Risk Minority Youth and Adolescents .
