It's no secret that Ryan Reynolds loathed the portrayal of Deadpool in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine .

The first couple trailers for The Wolverine didn't blow me away. Honestly, while the idea of Wolverine confronting mortality is one of the more interesting approaches to a story, I can't help but think this would be much better in the hands of Darren Aronofsky.
