By ANDREW PAUL MELE SPECIAL TO THE ADVANCE STATEN ISLAND - When Irving Berlin introduced his song, "Easter Parade," in the 1933 Broadway musical, "Thousands Cheer," the Fifth Avenue Parade in Manhattan on Easter Sunday had already been an established tradition since the 1880s.
