'39 Steps' to Open June 6 Mix an Alfred Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python, and you have 'The 39 Steps,' a fast-paced whodunit for anyone who loves the magic of theater.

A touch of Alfred Hitchcock, a dash of Monty Python, words by Shakespeare and music by Elvis all are coming to Hope Summer Repertory Theatre this summer.

Circle Players of Piscataway will present "The 39 Steps ," a melodrama, written by Patrick Barlow, and adapted from a 1915 novel by John Buchan, and the 1935 film directed by Alfred Hitchcock.

Those who missed Theatre One Productions' presentation of "The 39 Steps" will want to keep an eye out for the theater company's next radio theater performance, as it will be sure to provide an evening of entertainment.
