Remember when Eddie Murphy used to be funny? It seems like eons ago, but for most of the '80s and early '90s, the guy stood atop the comedy world, producing certified classics like Trading Places and Coming to America and presiding over two blockbuster franchises, 48 Hours and Beverly Hills Cop.
