Fort Drum security: business as usual

Thursday, November 05, 2009 at 4:44 p.m. FORT DRUM -- T he afternoon shooting at Fort Hood, Texas has soldiers and staff concerned at Fort Drum just north of Watertown, but it has not changed any security procedures on the North Country post.
