Volkswagen sets goals for minority suppliers, workers at Tennessee plant
Volkswagen AG 's U.S. purchasing chief said today that 5 percent of the companies that will launch the German automaker's Chattanooga, Tenn., assembly plant in 2011 will be minority-owned suppliers.
