Trucker faces charges after road rage incident

ok I know the morning call sometimes, ok all the time has errors in the story or mispelled words.

The title read Trucker faces charges, but read on and its the person driving the car that got the charges.

The headline says TRUCKER FACES CHARGES
yet the first dam sentence states........

A 54-year-old Bethlehem man who allegedly pointed a handgun at a tractor-trailer driver in a Route 22 road rage incident last week is facing charges of simple assault and terroristic threats.

Wish the morning call would proof read before it goes to press.

Some snoby nosed Audi driver thinks he owns the road, heck if that was I the concrete driver, I would have aimed the shoot for his window and unloaded about 2 yards worth in his front seat, hey he was defending himself!!!

LOL! Here, I just got up to start my day and thought I'd quick read the MC online with a cup of coffee. WTF......the MC sent by brain into a tailspin with this article, whew, it wasn't my brain being stupid afterall, it was just the MC again!!!!!

So audi makes tractor trailors now?lol. uh no I didnt think so! Duh morning call get it right! So the story is..the guy in the Audi is a loon and he pointed a gun at the truck driver..so the Audi guy is in jail. uh huh..now that makes sense!

People you know how manny time those trucker get on many peoples nurves! Truckers Should not be allowed on the left lane, I've seen old ladies flipping the trucks the bird. Why because the lady is moving on the left lane doing 65 mph and a truck has come to a point on the right lane where now he is behind a fellow tructer does he follow him? NO he tryes to pass him therefore cutting off the old lady on the left lane (at this point the truck had to slow down to like 50, 55 mph) and the trucker is fights to pass there fellow trucka! It's a shame that they don't have there own road for real.

Maybe they were the same people, driving the same automobiles in the same place.... at the same time??? maybe? I drive two cars at once all the time ya know ;)

I did not see any gun charges, so why do we need gun laws? I went to the Audi dealer and they don't have any more trucks available. I do want to thank the MC because I was not aware that Audi made a truck.

The truck was an Oshkosh by Gosh, mixer truck, front end unloader, and the driver was smoking "Audi" cigarettes...The gun toting road rage idiot was driving a car of European decent... I think, but that sounds as good as the MC report

I don't know the particulars on this incident, and certainly didn't get much in the way of facts from this article. And I don't condone anyone waving a gun around on a highway.

But all that having been said, the quality and skill in the art of truck driving is eroding quickly. Too many clowns and amateurs out there in trucks. I don't know if it's a training issue or attitude issue or what, but it gets worse by the day.

Hey MCall!! Truckers get a bad enough rap! Remove this headline and get it right in the future. Who does your proof reading anyway... they should be out of a job!

I hate Dirty truckers. If they swerve at you Intentionally you should be able to defend youself. they are big trucks and could kill you. why can t we kill them!

F the truckers, I absolutely HATE them. They drive their rigs like they have a corvette! Passing people left and right, riding bumpers, speeding 85+ mph down I-78. The guy in the Audi prob had a reason to pull his gun. Trucks should not ever be allowed to pass or travel in the left lane, period. I don't need a gun, just a punch to the face usually does the trick. I LOVE to fight truckers they are all FAT and LAZY and they lose every time haha!
