Monday, July 6th, 2009. Issue 28, Volume 13. VISTA- It has been determined that an alleged drunken driver, accused of fleeing from police and getting into a head-on crash that killed the other motorist, must stand trial on second-degree murder, manslaughter and other charges, a judge ruled today.
